•CNC flame cut to 6″ thick
•CAD 3D Design and modeling
•Shear to 3/8 x 10′ steel
•Bend to 1/4 x 12′ steel
•Automatic and manual saw cut to 18×18″
•Drill holes to 3″ diam.
•Punch holes to 1-1/2″ diam thru 1/2″ plate
•Roll plate 3/8″ x 78″ with no flat spots
•Roll structurals to L4x4x3/4″ or L6x6x1/2″
•Thread bolts to 2″ NC
•Turn tapered parts to 16″ OD
•MIG, TIG, ARC Welding.
